Okay, I cancled the apointment with the obtomogrest, cause they specalize in giving out glasses, and made an apointment with a retna specialest since I have ROp, and they will be the best in giving an acquarate ocular asesment. I call and the secretary says, you know, we only specialize in eye conditions having to do with the retna. Keep in mind I'd already specified that I have ROP. I said I know, and I'm totally blind, and I don't need glasses cause there isn't any hope of me ever getting my vision back. I think I kind of made her feel bad, but I was laughing when I said that because I found it humorious that people were having issues with a blind person making an eye appointment. I've been to an eye doctor before of course, but not in this state, and I've never had to make my own appointment because the last time I went I was with my grandmother.
